Photographing Knight Titans of house Taranis

I finally got around to finishing and photographing my three knight titans!  This is also my first serious attempt at weathering with powders. I’d get it looking exactly how I wanted it…then I’d seal it and the weathering would disappear. I built up 3 layers of weathering powders which made the bright white decals look gorgeous in my opinion, sealed everything up, then added a final thin layer of powder to get a dusty look. Just scratching the surface on weathering, so much to learn.

These look incredible! I’m amazed by what a great job you’ve done. This is movie-quality work.

Your modeling blog is awesome and the paint jobs on your armies is outstanding! If you live in the Pacific Northwest I would love to get a game in and hangout for an afternoon. The Reaver Titan blog was just awesome btw, it really helped with the building of mine!

    • Heya, thanks for the complement! Have you ever gamed at ‘At Ease Games’ in Poway (San Diego Area)? Would be great to get a game in the next time I’m up that way, although my grasp of 7th edition rules is weak sauce as I recently had a kid which means no Thursday night gaming. :/
